Francis Louis knows the importance of every type of advertising and that’s why we not only advertise every week in the Express and Echo, but also market properties in the Financial Times, The Times, The Telegraph, The Western Morning News and other publications to really push the marketing boundaries and maximise where people can see your property.

The most important part of our marketing strategy is to ensure we capture the very essence of your home in our sales particulars. Our dedicated team embrace their passion for property using their experience in the industry to create beautifully written and detailed descriptions for your home.
Our large glass-fronted office is ideal to showcase your property. We also have parking directly outside so clients can easily pop in to discuss their marketing needs.
We advertise your property across both Facebook and Instagram. This enables us to reach people who are not actively looking.
Our Pro-active approach
Francis Louis register lots of applicants every single day and it is our promise that every applicant will be spoken to about every property we have to offer. When we market a new property, we always review all of our applicants and if appropriate for their requirements we pro-actively encourage them to view your property.
The experience we offer continues throughout the sale process. We create your memorandum of sale and send it to all parties involved. From here we liaise with solicitors from both parties to progress the sale towards an exchange of contracts. On the day the sale is due to complete, we check the funds have been transferred via the solicitors. Once completed, we arrange for the collection and delivery of keys. Progression of your sale can be a nerve-racking part of the process, so as always we are there to support you.
No Sale, No Fee
A standard value of our service is that we operate a No sale, No fee pledge. This means you do not pay a penny of our fee until we have sold your property.
