Adam has been an estate agent in Exeter for 20 years and in that time has sold thousands of houses for the best possible price. Adam is also heavily involved with Cullompton Cricket Club and is their head of youth cricket. He also plays for their adult sides. Adam is married to his wife Jemma and has three children, three cats, two rabbits and a dog.

I have extensive experience in lettings management and maintenance operations, having worked for years across large residential blocks and high-pressure property portfolios. My background has given me a deep understanding of tenant relations, compliance, maintenance coordination and the day-to-day running of busy buildings. I’m calm, organised and solutions-focused, and I pride myself on delivering a smooth, positive experience for both landlords and tenants. Having lived in the Southwest for all of my early life, I moved away at 18 and later returned to Devon in 2021. Prior to moving back, I spent much of my career in London specialising in corporate hospitality and facilities services, where I continued to develop my client care and problem-solving skills. When I am not working, I enjoy swimming, walking, and trying out new restaurants and coffee shops. I try to get away once or twice a year to relax in the sun — holidays and mini breaks are very important to me!

Outside of work, I’m a family-focused person who loves being involved in the local community. I volunteer regularly at the Whipton Labour Club and enjoy being part of the local scene.
