    Adam produced a fantastic brochure and went to market very promptly. We were fortunate, as were Francis Louis, that our house pretty much sold itself and did so very quickly. So in terms of work, this wouldn’t have been their most demanding sale. That said, we took a long time to find a suitable property so communications with our buyer were key. Olivia managed this and did an excellent job up to and including completion day. I suppose the acid question is, would we use them again or recommend them for house sales in Exeter area? Yes, without doubt! My final thought, are estate agents good value for the money we pay them? In this case, the hourly rate on our sale was pretty generous, so no. However, if you chose to employ them, go with Adam, Olivia and the team, you won’t be disappointed.
